I have been his patient for a while I cannot stop saying good things about his practice and his care. But I wish I can say better things about his staff unfortunately they are rude and professional. They don’t know how to communicate with patient, Office manager is as equally as rude and I have no knowledge of patient care and customer service.

Excellent staff,excellent doctor,very professional and great human being,he listened,very patient and he knows his profession very As a patient I feel nervous and when I get there, everyone makes me feel good, it is like family and that is very grateful.

I would like to respond to the person who wrote the previous review about the denial of controlled substances at my practice. Due to the opioid crisis in the US, we follow a Florida State guideline about how to prescribe a controlled substance. First, we check the Florida E-Forsce data bank from the DEA, and secondly, we follow the state recommendation of requesting a urine sample. Patients with chronic conditions, who require treatment for pain, will be referred to pain management specialists. Patients can discuss their individual situation on a case by case basis. If you are not satisfied with the policy of our practice, you may seek attention elsewhere. Sincerely, Dr. Diaz

"The patients that use any controlled medication, for insomnia, anxiety, pain, or weight control that has not been prescribed by our doctor MUST sign a contract for the use of controlled substances demanded by the State of Florida, as well as patient must agree to frequent urine or blood tests as well as tablet count during the month." I find this illegal, underhanded, ill-advised, in-humane, unconstitutional as well as completely wrong. This Doctor also demands patients sign blank forms that can be filled out at later date. Also ILLEGAL. This practice must have problems with controlled substances...or has been under scope. These are NOT Florida statutes....merely this "doctor" and his practice choices of impunitive policies. NEEDLESS TO SAY----I will choose a REAL doctor----ELSEWHERE!

Muy sensible humano, a pesar de estar trabajando en un medio vsisiblemente hostil, que es el actual Cano Health
