Truly does not have the skills to do EMG

Dr. Garcia was doing Compensation and Pension (C&P) accessment for Veterans through the North Texas Veterans Hospital went I met him. I am a Veteran who suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and was claiming a disability because of this. I had three other non-VA doctors who had evaluated as suffering from a TBI. I had fallen 15 feet and land on my head. I suffered facial laceration, 3 buldging disc in my neck, a slipped disc in my back, vision loss to my right eye, and presistant migraines that have all been associated with the fall and documented in my records. The C&P examination took a year and a half to get scheduled. His accessment was important because it would determine if the TBI claim would be accepted or denied. A month after the exam I recieved a letter from the VA stating I never made the appointment so my claim was denied. I was unable to find out what happen until eight months later. Dr. Garcia never submitted the accessment. He said his computer had purged my… files, but he never reported it to anyone. This currently has caused a two year delay in getting a judgement on my case and still may take several more years before there is a resolution. I wasn't asking for any special treatment from this doctor because I am a Veteran. I just wanted a fair evaluation. Not only did I not get a fair evaluation but I got no evaluation at all.
