Dr. Jorge E Landa

I was trying to schedule an appointment and the office manager, Tamara, was very sarcastic and unhelpful. Initially she told that I was wrong and that my daughter was a new patient, they just could not find her in the system after many attempts. They told me initially that they don't accept my insurance, which I knew since I was there before, but a new potential patient could be turn down because of this matter. They never returned a call and offered me to go to another doctor instead since they appointments are difficult to get. One of the lady that answer the phone is very nice but the other one is just like the office manager. The doctor is nice and cares for the patient, he should revise the staff manners.

I have 4 young children ages 4-12 all of whom look forward to their dental visits and have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Landa and his entire staff. Tamara the office manager is amazing - this is a practice that really cares about their patients and families!

This is an spectacular Doctor 1 my children want it to go back again to his office actually the next day. I'm really impress by the way Dr. Landa is approaching dentistry, Dr. Landa takes the time to explain and cares for every little patient that is under his care and I have two "The best in pediatric dentistry"!
