Dr. Jorge Leal, MD

Dr.leal was very rude and treated me with no respect. He made it very clear that he thought I was an emotional idiot. He brought me to tears and it really got on his nerves ,kept tapping his pen on his desk,he was very impatient. Told me my panic attacks were all in my head. I do not advise anybody to see him. He is s sadist

I have to agree with everything already said by the first rating. Even where he made the remarks about my previous Dr who died and Dr Leal picked up. This only confirms why I am here, I know to find a new Dr now. Thank you for confirming what I've thought all along.

My first visit will be my last. I was verbally attacked to the point of emotional abuse. There is no sense of caring, nor compassion, nor professionalism that a "psychiatrist" should have. He also verbally attacked my prior psychiatrist. I got the impression he was burned out and tired of dealing with (what he considered) "dumb people" and that he thought he was above everyone. He is a Yale graduate with an awesome resume, but needs to take some of the meciation he prescribes for himself because there is definitely some anger issues going on there. I hope he gets some help because it appeared to me that he needed it more than I did.
