Dr. Jorge Luis Posada, MD

I recently had an emergency healthcare situation 'near death' experience at Mercy Hospital in Coral Gables and some how this was one of the doctors that came to see me and do something (not sure what he did). I am better now, thankfully. He nor anyone in his office followed up with me after my release from the hospital. The only thing I have received is his bill which doesn't say anything that he did just 'PROMPT PAYMENTS ARE ALWAYS APPRECIATED...'

Dr Posada is a very good doctor. Takes his time to explain everything to you and he makes sure you understand. If you need a nephrologist he is your guy.

Let to talk about quality of office personnel and knowledge and courtesy also as professional from 1 to 10 is the worse office people I have to deal so they score (1). Now let to talk about the office is small and is not well or standard also the housekeeping is bad. Let to evaluate the appointment process is bad and they do not know my be we have to file a complaint to the health department due the schedule to customer are all the same at the same time 2:00PM and the capacity for more of 15 to 20 people in a room size of 12X12 square foot is not good and with the normal office operation procedure. Waiting period is over 2.5 hours before you will be able to see the doctor. Office manager do not know how make really more customer service and as her show be rude with any one the employees are in the same way.

Fantastic physician with excellent knowledge and bedside manner. Takes his time to explain everything and make sure patient leaves without any questions.
