Tries to push unnecessary surgeries, horrible bedside manner, and acts strange towards children like the other reviews state. I wish I would’ve listened to the reviews. Don’t even give him your money go somewhere else.

Not good with children, rude, and pushes an agenda don’t recommend.

I had this “doctor” as a child in 2009 when he was working in a clinic and I have no idea how he still has a license and still works with children. He is not fit to be working with children. He’s sexist, fatphobic, and borderline racist. Fatphobia and weight bias in health care put patients at risk it’s terrifying he still works with children. I was an overweight child and he would constantly yell, yes yell at me for not losing weight as if I cooked my own food or had any idea of how it worked. He would scream/make jokes about my weight as a child. My parent didn’t speak English well at the time so they had no idea what he was saying to me. Just the simple fact that him as the doctor wouldn’t tell the parent who is in charge, how to have me be at a healthy weight is mind boggling it’s as if he enjoys yelling at children, sicko. The 3rd time I saw him he made a comment on I should loose weight because “don’t I want to look attractive at my Quinceañera”. I didn’t know what that… meant so I just shrugged my shoulders. I’m not even Mexican/Hispanic. He just assumed my ethnicity? Just such a creepy comment to throw at a child. A decent doctors reason for you to loose weight shouldn’t be to look good it should be for your health. Especially if it’s a CHILD. It’s uncomfortable thinking he’s still giving children eating disorders even now to this day all his constant attacks just made me binge eat and avoid/distrust doctors. It took years of therapy and a good doctor to help me loose weight as an adult to be healthy, this miserable man didn’t do anything to help or offer my parents a translator to tell them how to eat healthy or anything he would just be in the room alone with me yelling at me making jokes about my weight. The medical system is a joke. I hope more of his victims come forward with time because I’m 23 now and I remember and unlike my parents I can talk back.

First of all I don't understand how can this doctor be a pediatrician. He is not good with children at all, I actually think he's in the wrong business he shouldn't be practicing medicine his license should be revoked. He is rude and mean to children. He's Kaiser profile says that as a child he was always in hospitals because he was a very sick child so how can he not understand children that don't feel well. He wanted to stick something in my child's mouth and my child cried and cried and cried because he was scare and of course he didn't feel well. The doctor wanted him to lay down so he could put a popsicle stick in his mouth and look in the back of his throat. My child wanted to do it sitting down so he begged the doctor to please let him do it sitting up not laying down and the doctor didn't want to and he kept begging please and he was very rude and he said I'm the doctor here and I know best instead of trying to calm the child down with empathy he was rude dead inside no… feelings at all like a callus. Till this day it tortures me and I cry about it because I didn't stop him. I let this doctor do this because since he was the doctor I thought he was doing something right I was so dumb. I don't even want to see his face when I go to Kaiser it makes me full of anger.

He's my son's pediatrician in Kaiser Panorama. We received a postcard saying that he'd transfer to North Hollywood. We didn't even think of changing his pediatrician and made an appointment in NoHo. My son is at ease with him and cooperates with him unlike with his other doctors. I guess it's a big plus that he speaks our language so my son thinks that he's a close friend of the family.
