This doctor really listens to you. I guess the reviews below are pretty old because the staff that doctor has now is amazing and Dr and his staff seem to really care!

He is a good listener ro my problems

I called to set up an appointment. The lady was very rude. I told her to forget the appointment if she was going to be rude, and hung up. The woman may have been having a bad day, but it's no reason to be so rude to anyone. The job is customer service, you are the face of the office and should act accordingly. I'm sure the doctor is good, I can't say the same for the receptionist.

I really like Dr. Sifuentes. Yes, it does take a long time to get in to see him. The wait is horrible, but there are so few doctors here that you can trust, that it is worth it. The only real issue I have is the wait time.

Worst staff ever!!!! If you have a medical problem, they will not get records. The staff is argumentative about any question you have, and on more than one occasion have tried to diagnose me over the phone without Dr.Sifuentes. I like him as a doctor, but I will not go there, as his staff makes it impossible to get an appiointment, and they try to treat you instead of him. If you can get an appointment, make sure you wait while they get your records, and make any referrals you need, as they will NOT follow through. Dr. Sifuentes is unable to make the correct diagnosis without all of your patient records, so make sure you bring them with you because the staff will NOT get them, even after several phone calls.
