This is the Best Dr. I've had in many years,explains things to you, always takes the time to listen and is truly a Dr. of high integrity and also very compassionate and caring of his patients.

Doesn't call prescriptions in takes forever and leaves patient without medicine that is needed for serious diagnosis. Doesn't call for blood test updates. Overall very rude and unprofessional Doctor.

Rude doctor. Upon first visit doctor walked in and basically snarled at me as if to say "why are you here". Very disappointed.

I recently changed PCPs after moving, and Dr. Vallecillo is located wnearby. However, he's only in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The visit was underwhelming, he didn't once smile, and seemed critical of my medical status, and I had to repeat things about my medical history. He gave me slips for labwork (that had to be done at an outside facility because they don't do it there), and told me to "call" if they didn't reach out to me with the results. They didn't reach out. Well, I called. And called. And called. I finally reached a receptionist who claimed very defensively that they called me with the results (they did not). Even then, you think they would have responded to any of my voicemails after the fact. If I had cancer or some other time-sensitive condition, this month-long gap in communication would have impacted my health in a very negative way. I'm finding a new doctor asap. I don't recommend Dr. Vallecillo or his staff.

Been a patient for a long time. Very helpful in understanding your medical condition and using up to date methodology in treatment. Can discuss changes and bring new ideas to him.

Refused to contact my pharmacy and refill my prescriptions; therefore, I am currently not taking anything for my depression, HPB or high Cholesterol.Sound like a good doctor to you?

He is a very good doctor. He listens and takes his time to explain things to you. I have been his patient for the past 7 years. My whole family was under his care at one time. My husband, brother, sister in law, 2 nieces,and 1 nephew. I am a obese with type 2 diabetes. I have high blood pressure and suffer from a severe back pain. He is always there day or night if you need him. I refer him to anyone who needs a new doctor. He has always gone out of the way to make me feel like all of my concerns are handled. He has a good staff. He has a medical assistant (Tiffany)there who is great. My company that I work changes medical insurance every 2 years and I never had problems with billing. Again Great Doctor and with patience..
