Bought my wife there first time waited. 90 minutes and learned nothing of her memory issues. Today waited 1 hr before leaving as they closed for lunch. Upon arriving rude receptionist questioned if we had an appointment, we did (shouldnt they know?).Gave up on this Dr. and staff.

AFTER BEING A PATIENT FOR YEARS I HAD SO MANY BAD EXPERIENCES WITH THE STAFF THAT I CHANGED DOCTORS,TOO BAD, I REALLY LIKED MY DOCTOR BUT I COULD NOT DEAL WITH HIS OFFICE STAFF. MOSTLY THAT TERRIBLE OFFICE MANAGER ANNA LEE OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PERSON !!!

My grandmother who was has cranial issues. She was told by the staff to go to the e.r. when she went in for sharp pain in her head. She asked for a referral for a specialist the staff refused to give her a referral for a neurologist back in December. When they finally did the referral they made it for something completely different so she had to cancel the appointment that was made for her in February. Now she is having chest pains and has to deal with the rude staff, wait a long to see the dr. and struggle to get a referral for a specialist, mind you they have yet to correct the first mistake for the head pain. It could be an aneurysm or she could be having a mini stroke and they are too busy being rude, careless and inconsiderate. Now if something happens to my grandmother because the staff refused to treat patients with patient care what do we do then. They don't fear the worst because it's not them or their family. I can't stop thinking what if it leads to death do we just have to… deal with it? we will switch Doctors because of this life threating careless treatment.

You can't call to make app. you have to go in. They don't answer the phone. Big one of all they are rude to the specialist offices. Dr. Allongo is very nice.

Once you can actually get through to the office telephone number, you are rewarded with rude treatment by the staff-- both a specialist we were seeing and an insurance rep recently commented on how extremely rude they are after speaking with them, so it's not just us. Mind you this is IF you can get through, IF. Office hours are 9 to 5 with a lunch of noon to 2:30 PM--that's right 2 1/2 hours. I've called at 9:05 AM first thing, and no answer, just keeps ringing. I've called at 2:45 PM and they "are running a little late, call back in 10", call at 4:45 PM, get same outgoing message about calling during working hours. So they don't answer at lunch or during working hours. All the in-person visits there have resulted in waiting 90 minutes with or without an appointment. I came early with paperwork already filled out for my appointment, and I was treated with a one and a half hour wait with no explanation or apology. Then, you are very quickly rushed through 10-15 minutes (if… that) with the Doctor. He's nice enough during the 10 minutes, but that's about it. My physical was mostly done by the nurses very basic weight, bp, EKG and Dr listened to my heart/breathing and the admin gave me a lab work referral--the end. I had 8 questions, I got to ask all of 4 in a rushed fashion. The staff always seems put out and will do the bare minimum while you're standing there. By the way, despite the name of the clinic, he has nothing to do with the Palms West hospital located across the parking lot, 100 steps away. Even if you are admitted there, he will not visit there, the staff explicitly tells you that. There is no follow up that I can see, or case management, everything is through the appointment process I described above. Overall very sad.

Called about a labs script was put on hold & another lady picks up the phone and was so rude it was intimidating. Dr alongo should re evaluate his staff its obvious that woman should not be interacting with people no bedside manor what so ever. Going else where.

Not only that the staff does not treat patients with dignity, but Dr Allongo is 100% behind them. They have the worst medical practice I have ever seen. One can get a heart attack, just trying to make an appt. or getting a referal. Pretty Scary that he specialty is Senior Care.

It is ashame how long you have to wait for an appointment and to see the doctor.

You do wait for him, but it is worth it!! The most caring Dovtor I have had.
