Dr. Jose Luis Bautista, MD

Dr. Bautista is a compassionate, thorough and competent doctor. His commitment to his patients and the community he serves is unparalleled. Unfortunately, his staff is inadequate and the wait time is outrageous.

Needs to have a selection of magazines to pass the time. Women magazines like Good Housekeeping and etc besides watching TV. People talk out loud can't hear the TV . Four people talking at the same time. You have plenty of booklets dealing with health you need to change it up.

Dr, Bautista has been my physician for 6 years. I love my doctor but the front office staff is incompetent, and has lied to me and to Dr. Bautista concerning some tests that Dr. Bautista ordered for me. It has been over a month that I was to have an MRI and still no appointment has been made. Even though I would miss Dr. Bautista very much as he cares about his patients and spends alot of time with them..not just reading the computer while in the room with you...I am very seriously considering changing Dr.'s as dealing with his front office staff is impossible. I have called the office to talk with Dr. Bautista and they said they would relay the message to my Dr. Only to find out later that they never did. If you can't reach your Dr. because of the office staff then you have no communication with your Dr.

He is caring and listens to patients. Does what is best for the patient. He knows his medicine.

Dr. Bautista is an excellent doctor. The staff is green and needs to obtain training in tending to the patients. The amount of wait time is outrageous.

He is good about giving all kinds of pills for everything, and than giving another pill for the side effects of the first pill and than more pills yet therefore over medicating the person
