If I could give 0 stars I would. This doctor actually HUNG UP ON ME during a telehealth call. I expressed my frustration at not being able to be seen for my medication refill without paying the co-pay up front. HE TOLD ME THAT HE WAS NOT A FREE CLINIC AND THAT I COULD GO TO THE FREE HEALTH CLINIC DOWNTOWN. Mind you I do have health insurance. I just needed him to send me a bill for the co-pay to my house. He would not send me a bill nor would the doctor just send in a medication refill. Since this is a dangerous medication to abruptly stop I had to put a credit card over limit. (My husband accidentally took our other card with him to work). It was unprofessional and VERY DISTRESSING to have a doctor treat a patient in this manner..

Dr. De Ocampo knows what he is doing, very professional, carrying, took his time to answer all my questions and concerns! Highly, highly recommend to see him!

I went to him due to fainting spells. His bedside manner was the worst of any doc I've ever been to. He kept pushing a sleep study when there wasn't an issue to begin with. After 3 visits, nothing was resolved and I charged anyway. My advice, don't tread on this man's doorstep. PS If I could write minus a star instead of one star, I would!

One of the worst doctors. I can deal with a doctor that is not compassionate, but not one that is incompetent. This one could not care less about his patients. I expect a doctor to have an ego, but he has to have the competence to back it up. My husband questioned his diagnosis when he had an adverse reaction to the medication he prescribed. The doctor's response was to discontinue care. De Ocampo does not know what he is doing, and he does not care. So unless you are going in for a band-aid, go somewhere else. I cannot write down everything this blunderer has put our family through.

BEWARE! Please be aware of Dr. De Ocampo. His staff had sent me to the hospital the other day with a full cardiac TM Flow report that showed I was in advanced stages of cardiac issues. I had been told that he had read the report and to go to the hospital where hed discuss the report with them. They sent me the report privately to take to the hospital that showed my advanced cardiac issues. Today at my follow up he told me I was fine and my tests all came back clear. Thankfully I had the reports that said I was at Type 4 Cardiac Autonomic Neuropathy risk (which can be fatal) He argue that he did not know what i was talking about. So I handed him my copy of the test results and made him read them. With attitude, he read the results... to realize I was right and that I needed a cardiologist immediately. Beware.. get all your test results printed.. it could save your life. Had I not had them Id have taken his word. He read none of my results before telling me I was "FINE"

This doctor really cares about his patients.

My daughter and I saw Dr. De Ocampo for a second opinion on her health condition. After waiting for almost 2 hours, the Dr. Displayed no interest in listening to the details of her condition. He told me to “focus” when I attempted to give him a past experience when dealing with her episodes. He had no desire to help us and instead of explaining what he thought her condition was..... he gave the name and told me to “Google it”!!! Who does this? Not someone that should be working with patients!

the office staff is not very courteous. But the Doctors and the NP are wonderful!

VERY thorough, however the girl at the front desk could be friendlier, she never says anything when you walk in.I think its rude

Dr De Ocampo is simply AMAZING! I was in a severe car accident last year & was in desperate need of a neurologist to treat my concussion & nerves. As soon as Dr De Ocampo learned my situation he scheduled an immediate appointment to see me. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to find issues others weren't. He was able to treat my severe concussion and made the crippling pain go away completely! He is a miracle worker & I trust him entirely. Not only is he a great doctor, he is so friendly and seems to truly care. He is patient and listens to your concerns & makes you feel like a priority. He is also great with explaining diagnosis to patients. His office is very nice, clean and modern and his staff is very courteous. He is one of my favorite doctors to visit, since the entire experience is enjoyable. I highly recommend Dr De Ocampo, he's the best!
