I am compelled to express my deep disappointment following my recent experience as a first-time customer at your facility. Despite arriving to find only one other customer in the lobby, I was forced to wait over an hour and fifteen minutes with no explanation or communication. Even after alerting the RN on duty to the excessive delay, another fifteen minutes passed without anyone attending to me or providing an update. This lack of communication and transparency is completely unacceptable. It is especially troubling that, even after voicing my concerns directly to several staff members present, no one seemed to care or make any attempt to inform me of the reason for the delay. As a new customer, being ignored and left uninformed for over an hour is not only unprofessional—it is disrespectful. Furthermore, after I left the facility, not a single person—including the doctor—bothered to follow up, apologize, or address the inconvenience caused. This glaring lack of empathy,… accountability, and basic courtesy is astonishing. I strongly advise prospective patients to reconsider visiting this facility due to its evident disregard for communication, transparency, and customer care. If you value your time and expect even minimal respect as a patient, look elsewhere. This experience has made it abundantly clear that improvement in both service and attitude is urgently needed. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!

Unlike other Pulmonologists in the area Dr Diaz has formed a great team who work seamlessly together. Their follow through with Pharmacy, DME's, Hospitals and labs is fantastic.

Dr Diaz was very thorough and very friendly. I really liked him.

Dr Diaz has been trying to get to the bottom of my problem and has not given up!!

Good Doctor

After my transplant specialist insisted that I had to see a pulmonologist, I remembered how Dr. Diaz had been outspoken about the need for better pulmonary rehabilitation in our area. I saw him and he explained that I had COPD and how to handle myself in the future. He also said to just come to his office when I was in pain appointment or not!

Dr Diaz was called in to treat me during a hospital confinement. He is wonderfully patient and kind. He maintains contol of the treatment plan while remaining courteous and attentive. His office staff seem genuinsly caring and it is obvious they enjoy their work. Overall, Dr Diaz and his staff need to be commended for their dedication to their patients and professionalism.
