Dr. Jose Francisco Herrera, MD

Dr Herrera is the most kind and caring doctor. His office staff is friendly and go out of their way to help with anything you may need.

From my very first visit till today. I have received the best care I have ever received from any doctor. He is honest and caring. He helps keeps me health with all my check up. I am very fortunate to have found should a great doctor. I have even referred some of my friends to him. They are also very happy with the care he has given them.

Excellent clinical skills combined with an caring and compassionate bedside manner and wonderful personality.

I see Dr. Herrera once every five years or so (my choice not his) and have found him to be professional and very comprehensive. His staff is great, they really take care of you.

Dr. Herrera has been my primary physician for many years now. I appreciate that I can usually get squeezed in if I really need to be seen. Dr. H, as i call him, isn't just a pill pusher. He takes a genuine interest in his patients and their well being. I never feel rushed in his office and I usually ask a lot of questions. I had a recent problem with insomnia after surgery and was prescribed Ambien by the surgeon. He made it very clear that he wanted me off sleeping pills altogether before I developed a dependence on them. We discussed other non-prescription alternatives. I now drink tart cherry juice before bed--it's working! Recently I was diagnosed with cancer and have had to see three different oncology specialists. I could go on about what an ordeal it's been dealing with the staff of these offices. Lost documents, being put on hold forever, unprofessional staff, scheduling snafus, waiting up to TWO HOURS in a waiting room, etc. (I'm not a high maintenance patient,… really!) At my appointment last week, I thanked Dr. H and his staff for being a great medical office. They are all extremely friendly and efficient. And they do day-before appointment telephone reminders! And a 9 o'clock appointment means you're seen at 9 o'clock. Not 9:30, not 9:50. 9:00. I appreciate that because I work and hate wasting time waiting. I have referred two friends to his practice and they've been very satisfied. I highly recommend Dr. Herrera and his staff.

Dr. Herrera has been my Daughters MD since she was 2 years old. He has always been very informative and genuinely concerned about the care she receives in the emergency room. He has answered every question I have ever had. He is very thorough and has always made her feel comfortable. The ladies in his office have always been very sweet and careful with my little girl and have squeezed her into the schedule to ensure she is taken care of. I love this office. This is an amazing team.

I have known Dr. Herrera for years. He is and has been a great Doctor and also friend to me. I have searched for years for a great Doctor until I came across Dr. Herrera approx. 10 years ago. Since then I made sure that I am always his patient. Not only was he my Doctor but he was my Late Husbands and when he was in ICU he came to visit him and to see how I was doing. He is the best Doctor that anyone could ask for! I recommend him to anyone! Thank you Dr. Herrera for everything that you do for me and my family!

Dr Herrera is incredibly thorough and answers all of my questions regarding my visits. He stays up to date and keeps me informed on new treatments that are available. He is very caring as well as the staff. I have recommended him to many of my family, friends and co workers
