Go to this place if you want to be humiliated by the manager who thinks that a cash patient looking for a second opinion before surgery is "playing the system". She accused my sister in law of “playing the system” because she wanted to get a second opinion from doctor Monsivais prior to having surgery with a different surgeon. She made my sister in law cry, my sister in law didn’t do anything wrong, she was a cash patient looking for a second opinion ($375.00 for a Consultation). When she was signing in as new patient the so called manager came to the her and told her in a very rude manner that dr Monsivais will not see her because she does not have the health insurance they work with (even she was a cash patient), she accused her to attempting to “play the system” (whatever that means) and called security to escort her out. Let me put things in perspective, my sister in law is healing from several broken bones due to a very severe car accident, and have no energy to cause issues,… calling security was not only unnecessary it was humiliating as if accusing her of “playing the system” was not insulting enough. Horrible and disrespectful treatment from the manager, the receptionist (Nancy) apologize for what for all the chaos the "manager" caused. Don’t ever go there if you are an individual who likes to be respected and treated with dignity!

Best pain doctor I ever saw! I have recommended him many times and will continue to do so! He actually cares about you as a person and patient. He listens and understands your pain and helps you find the best way to treat it.
