Dr. Jose Enrique Pagan, MD

I was completely blown off. Was told he treats sick people and I was not sick. He seemed like I was wasting his time. If you are looking for someone who will take you or your condition seriously, he is not your man.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pagan for years. He is very intelligent and knows brain chemistry. He is not easily manipulated when it comes to prescribing medications. He is very knowledgeable about substance use disorders. As busy as he is, he will take the time to listen. His manner is calming and compassionate. In addition, he encourages the use of positive coping skills; including therapy & support groups.

1045 appointment and it’s 100 and still nothing. This is ridiculous ??

The wait is horrible

Very Courteous and thorough and caring. Did not find his office staff rude or discourteous. Dr. Pagan is a good listener and not a pill pusher. Spend an adequate amount of time with each patient and does not hurry you through. Felt very comfortable with him. Will also allow family members in his office during the visit. Much better than the other psychiatrist we had before,

He is a great doctor really helpfull but his staff is rude and unprofessional

Listened to my concerns. Spent the time with me and was not in a hurry to get rid of me. Reviewed my medications and prescribed appropriate med changes. Thanks Dr. Pagan.
