Dr. Jose Ignacio Ros, MD

I have recommended this practice and Dr. Ros to my friends and most of my family members goes to see him or his physician assistants. Like any other clinic, there are those that grumble about policy and come in late for their appointment or cause problems when checking in for whatever reason. Those causes delays for patients like me who come in on time. I have been to other doctors who have treated me like dirt. The office staff here re excellent! They go out of their way to help. I have seen new faces which needs adjusting to. It is better than other clinics when the staff and the doctors do not listen and pure rude! So thank you Dr. Ros for being a wonderful doctor to the community. We need more people and staff like you.

I was seen as a referral. Very good demeanor, quite knowledgeable and laid out a plan for my health. Was seen at another office in town and was not so happy with the care there. Wait is very long and caotic, lots of staff turn overs. I like how everyone at Dr. Ros Office appears to be happy to be working and eager to put their 100% effort . I agree with most reviews here except for the one that appeared to be very spiteful. Most is common sense really. It's anywhere that doctors ask you to follow-up. If you do not communicate well and not show respect for their time and demand they respect yours, try going to the ER. It's healthcare and there is no magic. You have to do your part. Don't blame if they don't call. You have to work at it too and call them and keep your appointment. It is advised for a reason. I know for sure that they have a process that to the lay person doesn't make sense. Respect it. I happy with my care.

The 5 star reviews are absurd. 98% of the patients are old as dirt, overweight and therefore diabetic. They are just happy to be alive and be glad-handed and complimented by such a charming guy. Charmer he may be, but he is not a skilled in any malady outside of monitoring glucose levels in the geriatric crowd.., they're just happy to be alive. They also are really not tech savvy, so the few good reviews are contributed by their grandkids on their pc's. I have been a patient of the man beyond the curtain for two years, He has never treated me. The efficiency of appointments, follow-up care, overbooking patients whom wait at least 30 minutes to be seen is ludicrous. Current patients are told to arrive 15 minutes early prior to their scheduled appointment. Why? Then you are seen approximately 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment. Should you go to this practice as you are ill, they will schedule tests (x-rays, etc) and not review them, as they receive the results within… a couple of days. They do not contact you if the results are bad. They make a follow-up visit for a week or 10 days after you've seen them because you were sick, So, your illness goes untreated for a week or more..you are anxious to hear of your test results. You are screwed when you you cancel your follow-up visit, as you have now been untreated and undiagnosed for over a week and are sicker. What is wrong with this picture? Under the care of this practice for the last two years, I am in worse health than I have ever experienced. Due to the negligence and incompetene I have been subjected to, I have developed chronic and new symptoms which will have to be addressed by, I hope, a competent physician. This practice is a trainwreck.

Dr. Ros and his staff are professional and listen to what the patient is saying. I have been in his care for 10 years and have no complaints, only compliments.

I appreciate Dr. Ros as a clinician, and his staff do a great job as well. The phlebotomist reminds me by phone if I haven't had my bloodwork done for routine follow up. You always get in right at your appointment time. The administrative staff is extremely helpful and kind. His nurse practitioner is wonderful. He is willing to be a collaborative partner in my health care, which I need. I love that they have an online patient portal so I don't have to play phone tag to request refills, ask a question, or even schedule an appointment.

I absolutely love this practice. I personally see Amber Brown, the NP here. Everyone at this office is professional and nice. They listen to your concerns and explain everything to you. The receptionist Michelle knows everyones name and that in itself made me fall in love with this facility. Amber Brown, NP is one of the best providers I have ever dealt with. I can't say enough awesome things about the people here and the care I've received.
