Pregnant with my third child, I chose Dr. San Martin as my OB because he was recommended as a VBAC friendly doctor here in the Woodlands. Unfortunately he is barely VBAC tolerant. He exaggerated every tiny concern I had during my healthy pregnancy. He treated me like an old woman who had a broken body when nothing of concern was actually going on. I passed every test perfectly, and he had me do them all—even an echocardiogram. I felt like he was constantly digging for a reason to push a scheduled cesarean. Having dealt with a high risk pregnancy in the past, I knew I was not experiencing one this time, but he made me feel like I was having one anyway. He released me from care at 37 weeks because I questioned him too much after he tried to schedule a medically unnecessary cesarean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Office is beautiful.

Dr and team handled me with great care. It was my 1st pregnancy and I'm beyond pleased with Dr. Character, I was always early so most times I get to see Dr before schedule #LOL. High spirited officeand he walked me through my delivery like a piece of cake. Awesome!

Really nice office...staff is exceptional...not a long wait to see him...he is listed as pcp as well so my copay was logged as pcp visit verses specialty which was less expensive for me. He spent time during my visit and did not rush..he communicates well and answered all my questions..he went over plans to treat me ...I am really pleased with him and will recommend him as well
