The doctor is 5 but his secretary is a different story. As soon as I walked in I approached her since she is not with a patient. She told me to wait and that she will call me. 20 minutes later I am still waiting and no one else is in the waiting room but me. I approached her to tell her I can fill out forms while waiting since( I am a new patient there are a lot of forms to fill out)She ignored me. I overheard her on the phone and it sounded like a personal call so I went back to my seat. 30 minutes went by. Finally, a nurse asked me if I was being helped and I said I was told by the secretary to wait. I guess the nurse told her to attend to me, that’s the only time that she paid attention and asked for my ID and insurance card. Then she gave me the paperwork. Again, I wanted to give a 5 because of the thorough, attentive, caring and knowledgeable doctor but the overall experience because of his inattentive staff I will give them a 4.

My Daughter went to your office frightened, she is a young adult of 22yrs. You made her comfortable, she trusted you, and she went thru with all the testing. She is taking all medication you prescribed. Thank you Dr. Suatengco!!!
