My comment is that he was one of the best visits that I've had in a couple years for a GP he took the time to listen he took all my notes asked a lot of questions great job

I was 10 minutes late for my appointment today. I explained that an accident occurred and I had to come a different way. They would not see me said I had to reschedule. A normal drive for me to the office is 35 minutes. I made this appointment a month ago. I tried to call and was put on hold and nobody picked up. When I got to the office there is one girl working. I stood in line behind two people waiting my turn while the girl checked us in and worked the phone. I looked at the appointment sign and and saw there was already a 845 appointment and two for nine. I said to the girl even being 10 minutes late I would still be waiting as I looked at the theee people sitting in the waiting room. What bothers me the most is I am never seen on time. Sometimes I wait over an hour to be seen. The staff girl honestly did not care at all. Dr Angelo needs more staff help. If he needs to double book patients to fit everyone in maybe he needs to bring in someone to help him and stop… accepting new patients. I know after this morning experience I am looking for a new doctor.
