Dr. Joseph Patrick Boland, PhD

I came to Dr Boland a little over a year ago with major depression and severe anxiety. I was walking around daily (all day long) with a feeling in my gut like I was free falling. It was awful. I did not believe his methods would work at first. However, I was to the point where I had nowhere else to turn so I just gave in. It took a couple of weeks but his methods completely changed my thinking. I replaced all of my limiting beliefs and negative thoughts with positive and uplifting thoughts. I am so grateful for Dr Boland. He restored my mind and he gave a renewed “me” back to my family. I don’t know why he got a 1 star review on here but I imagine it is someone who saw him once or twice but didn’t actually try his methods.

He had my family member suicidal because he told her to stop her meds.

Dr. Boland gives sound advice. If you want the truth, good or bad, go see him. If you want someone who has no opinion or just tells you what you want to hear, go somewhere else. Some people do not want to hear what they are doing wrong. Dr. Boland is all about personal responsibiliy!

Avoid him at all cost!!!!!! He has ruined my family!!! He does not believe in medication. He thinks life is mind over matter. And that may work for some people. But someone who is depressed because of a chemical imbalance needs medication. I would not take my worst enemy to him. I can't even begin to explain the havoc he has reaped on our family.
