Dr. Joseph Eddins Boone, MD

As a Registered Nurse, I accompanied my Father-In-Law for both of his cataract surgeries and follow-up appointments. I was very impressed with Dr. Boone, he was excellent at explaining the procedure and the follow-up care, he took the time to reassure his patient and answer any questions posed to him. I would highly recommend his services.

It took over a month to get in for my eye infection and he didn't even address it until I asked. Then he said it's just my dry eye. He didn't look at my tear duct plugs from another dr to see if they were ok until I asked. Now it took them 2 weeks to refer me to their other dr for another opinion. I still have the eye infection. I probably will cancel appointment with his other dr. (it is another month and I am no longer a new patient so not sure why so long. very disappointed!

Dr Boone's is great! The office (not nurses) staff is a joke! They could care less about your nervousness or concerns. Robots!

Very personable professional staff. Our examinations were done in a timely manner and with welcome explanations of each test and what was being accomplished. The doctor doesn't try to push you towards removing cataracts before vision is truly impacted. We felt no pressure to do anything more than get a top-of-the-line examination and the perfect prescription for new glasses. Our family will definitely be returning!

Dr. Boone is extremely friendly and helpful at all of my visits. He genuinely cares for his patients. I routinely refer friends and relatives to Dr. Boone.
