Dr. Joseph William Burke III, DO

My husband and I have been a patient of Dr. Burke for 28 years. We love the way we are treated (with a smile, cheerful attitude, patience with patient and family members that bring the patient to the office, everyone treats you like your are their ONLY PATIENT they have when you are explaining your issues (they DO NOT rush you). Even with all this special attention, they enough staff to take care of you. NO LONG WAITING TIME to be seen. They treat everyone like family or best friends. We would not go to anyone else unless they need to refer us to a specialist, x-rays, surgeon. We are truly blessed to have Dr. Burke and his staff to take care of us. They show respect to kids, teenagers, young adults and the mature older people.

From the moment my mother and I approached the front desk we were treated as if we were an inconvenience. Then while we are filled out the paperwork, the lady at the front desk tells us that she can't verify our insurance even though we had just been to a different dr the day before and I called to verify it myself right after. I tried to explain to her that the insurance was active, but she was so rude and would not listen to anything so we just ended up leaving. I see many reviews about the rude staff. I wish they would address the issue.

I REALLY ENJOYED THE OFICE STAFF AND DR, THE STAFF BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO MAKE ME FEEL RIGHT AT EASE!

My family has been using the services of Dr. Burke for over 20 years. During that time our only complaints have been about the time we have to wait before we are called and the heat in the examination rooms. Since moving into the new building, wait time has been minimal. As to the heat, the staff quickly lower the thermostat when needed. Dr. Burke is a fine person and doctor.

Overall excellent care. All providers caring and take the right amount of time to diagnose and treat. I found all staff courteous and easy to get appointments

the staff was very rude. i was returning a call to a nurse and could not get the person to take my message. she kept asking what it was regarding and i said i didn't know because i'm returning a phone call. she wouldn't let me talk to the nurse and tried to get me to make an appointment for an office visit. this office seems desperate for appointments since the new building.
