I am a patient of Dr. Cartwright's since 2009. He's conservative, knowledgeable, and balanced in science of managing pain. He's given me a pain free and very productive life without any invasive procedures. I would recommend him to anyone trying to manage chronic pain.

I am 74 now and through the years have had many physicians help me with my troublesome back I have never had a better physician than Dr. Cartwright and I highly recommend him if your pain cannot be fixed by an operation. This is the guy to see!

Dr. Cartwright was my pain management dr for a year. He was amazing! I had 4 herniated cervical discs that required surgery- but my insurance required a # if injections prior to approving surgery. The injections ended up allowing me to postpone the surgery by a few months. Dr. Cartwright and his staff were amazing. I never had a problem getting appointments and I often didn’t have a wait. I've been seeing Dr. Cartwright for several years now, and have recommended him to anyone looking for a pain management doctor. I've had knee, back, and shoulder issues for almost 20 years now, and have been to many other doctors looking for relief that doesn't involve surgery and/or heavy drugs. I've been getting injections in my knees and shoulder, as well as an epidural injection for sciatica and a bulging disc in my lower back. Dr. Cartwright listens to me and addresses my concerns regarding my health issues quite clearly. His support staff are all very friendly and professional and always make me feel welcome. He is leaving Riverside Pain to open his own office in St. Augustine, and I will be continuing to utilize his services at his new office. It's too hard to find a great doctor who doesn't blow off your concerns and who offers excellent treatment without just pushing meds and pointless procedures on you.

Just wanted to say that Dr. Cartwright did a great job on my shoulder after using a ultrasound on my shoulder during an injection and the pain has been gone for over 4 months. Didn't really know how to rate "follow ups" since only had to go back once.
