The staff is terrible. I waited 45 minutes and several patients were seen ahead of me because the slow staff took 50 minutes to input the paperwork.

Dr. Cerbone treated my 11 year old son for warts on his palm last year. He did a wonderful job explaining to me and more importantly to him every step he would take. I was impressed with how well he treated him. A more difficult task was recently treating my 15 year old son with Autism for a wart on his ankle. I honestly did not think that the care we would receive would be even better! Dr. Cerbone is patient, kind, caring and compassionate. He, and his staff, were very considerate of my son's disability and I cannot express how grateful I am for that.

Great doctor for me and my two kids.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Cerbone for 25 yrs,he has given us nothing but the best care.

prescribed harmful topical prescriptions for my 12 year old's acne, without discussion of the side effects and despite my expressed interest. said they're safe because they're only topicals. He never asked a question nor discussed lifestyle issues (sleep, diet, exercise). Mention had given the shpiel to 30 patients that morning. Based on side effect stats, that's 3 who will have long term serious issues. My benefits dept informed me doctors get kickbacks from pharmaceutical companies. The office didn't ask why when I cancelled 2 future appointment, but I told them anyway. how irresponsible! no doubt many parents would just presume this seemingly intelligent man was giving them all they needed to know, with their child's best interests in mind.

I have been going to Dr. Cerbone for many, many years number of years for cystic acne. While there is no "cure" Dr. Cerbone has been the best doctor to treat me. I have tried others prior to finding Dr. C who literally scarred me. This doctor truly cares about his patients and is honest. He will not offer a product or treatment that will not help, which I appreciate, because unfortunately other drs are just out to make $$. For as long as I live in NJ, I will only go to Dr. Cerbone regardless of distance or whether my insurance is taken. He is just that awesome and I trust him 100%. I have referred family members and friends who all liked his bed side manner and treatment and have went back as needed. He takes his time and explains everything thoroughly. I really question the 2 negative reviews on here.... I know I can be annoying and ask a lot of questions and Dr. Cerbone has never been anything but nice and always made sure I understood, even when office is packed. So, I'd take… those with a grain of salt.

After searching for a dermatologist, I FINALLY found one. One with wonderful bedside manners who spends no less than 20 mins with me explaining my skin issue. Dr Cerbone also went over different medications he wanted to try and in steps/phases, which made me see he truly wanted me to have positive results. I can't express enough how important it is to have a doctor who isn't just concerned about how many people he can see in a day. I was recommended to him by an ex of mine and will continue to use him as my derm for as long I live (or live in this state). Lol. I couldn't relate to the 2 posts I read about him having bad bedside manner bc he displayed true concern as a doctor should. To anyone who reads my post, I wholeheartedly recommend him.

DR CERBONE IS A SUPERB DOCTOR. MY ENTIRE FAMILY GOES TO HIM. BOTH MY TEENGE KIDS SEE HIM AND HE HAS DONE WONDERS WITH THEIR SKIN. EXCELLENT BEDSIDE MANNER! STAFF IS COURTEOUS AND VERY PROFFESIONAL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Went there to treat acne. After trying every OTC medication and cream, Dr. Cerbone took one look at me, accurately identified the problem, and sent me home with a prescription for a few Rx creams. Within a month, my skin was 90% clear. Nowadays, I rarely have an acne flare-up, and even get compliments on my skin! I never thought that would ever happen. I also had a concern about a small growth once. Dr. Cerbone again identified it right away, collected a sample, and sent it to be biopsied. It turned out to be nothing serious, just as he expected. Staff is friendly, and office is neat and clean with many good magazines.

My experience at this office was terrible. The doctors' bedside manner was horrible. He is just smug, I guess is the best way to describe him. He didn't diagnose my skin problem correctly. He told me the red spots on my hands were skin damage, which they weren't. Besides the two receptionists, the rest of the staff was absolutely nasty. I would NEVER go back to this office again.
