Dr. Joseph Brad Chalal, MD

I call this office for a second opinion. They are rude and CORRUPT WORKERS COMPENSATION OFFICE! I have a workplace injury and they literally told me I could not use them as a third opinion because my worker' compensation insurance company may need to use their office. ( I have utilized the 2nd opinion already with them, which this doctor says I need surgery) Told me I had no way to pay them, health insurance would not cover apt, I told them I already spoke to my health insurance. I also told them I could get a letter of protection, WC coordinato told me I was a liar and that was impossible. I also said I could pay cash......she again said you can't pay cash for it, the insurance carrier may need to use us at some point. ( BECAUSE THEY ARE CORRUPT) THEY WORK in kuhoots with WORKERS COMPENSATION insurance companies. I don't take this lightly, I have learned of the corrupt worker's compensation system and this is one of those doctor's offices.

Best Office staff ever! incredibly efficient and pleasant. Dr chalal was thorough, gave alternatives and was no nonsense. Follow up was equally as good. Answered a myriad of questions and did not rush me out. Highly recommend him!

Everyone is friendly, the doctor took his time to explain my Illness. Everybody has a different experience. In general I am satisfied, thank you to the miss that helped me with my English.

It’s been several years but I must say that the treatment received from Doctor Chalal was beyond reproach !!! Dr. Chalal gave me options and was clear and concise with his extensive observations . Upon surgery of left knee the follow up was prompt and professional and I would reccomend Dr Chalal !! If I were to have further knee problems he would be my first choice !! Tte office staff are amazing in efficiency and communications !!!
