Dr. Christensen is awesome! Always goes above and beyond - even called us at home at 9 p.m. on a Saturday night with test results. Highly recommend.

Doesn't take the time to understand where you are coming from.

Doctor recommended test out of an abundance of caution. He never discounts your concerns, always listens to and respects his teenage patients. My children have always seen Dr. Joe because he is the best.

Dr. Christensen has been caring for my 2 youngest children. He is a great listener and treats the kids with respect. I would highly reccomend him to anyone who is looking for a doctor. The nurses are the best and they are easy to communicate with.

Upon moving to Illinois, I tried several different offices, but I couldn't find an office that took the time to know my family and my kids. Then I found Dr. Christensen. He is wonderful! No matter which one of my 3 children he is seeing, he always asks about the whole family. He takes time and never makes you feel like he has to rush onto the next patient. Even if I have to wait a little bit one day, it's easier to do so because I know that he's just doing his job and taking care of another family in the same wonderful way as he does mine!

Dr. Christiansen was my pediatrician for the births of all three of my children. He is absolutely wonderful--both in bedside manner and in care of my children. We have since moved away from the area and my kids can no longer see him and let me tell you, there is a huge difference between his office and care and what else is out there. The "outstanding care" in my new area is nothing compared to Dr. Christiansen and his staff, and in fact, Central Dupage Hospital.

We are happy to find our children's care again in the hands of this Doctor. He has an unbelievable bedside manner and carisma with the kids. It is well worth the 40 minute drive for the health of our three children!
