dr. cook is about as good a primary as one could want, Does his best to address all issues, is always courteous, and is helpful to the greatest degree possible,. careful when prescribing, (doesn't overload with med) and follows up as necessary and as recommended,,

I would recommend Dr. Cook to anyone. He is the type of doctor, that while extraordinarily nice, never fails to always follow up on issues from the last visit, which is impressive and makes a patient feel like he genuinely cares and listens. He performs a full general exam when you come for a visit (I never realized until I began to see doctor Cook, and after reviewing my medical records from my last to primary care physicians, that my past two didn't perform 75% of the basic exam that Dr. Cook performs (and that had been marked in my chart that the previous doctors had performed, as well - wrong weight, wrong height, wrong "reason for visit", seemed like the records were for someone oth than me..) , Dr. Cook addresses important concerns (like weight, cholesterol) in a professional and positive manner - strongly encouraging lifestyle changes to help make a person healthier and hopefully acheiving necessary goals naturally, reducing the need for prescriptions or others remedies… that likely would have less affect than simple diet/exercise/being conscious of your habits would. Ie. when my cholesterol came in higher than is should, we put together a diet, I stuck tout, and reduced the bad c. enough to not need a daily script, All in all, I feel like I won the "doctor lottery" by having been recommended to Dr. Cook. The staff may be a bit of a crapshoot; some are terrific, some abrasive, but they do not reflect Dr.,Cook at all. If you're lucky enough to get on his patient roster, I would doubt you'd find a better, more knowledgeable, and quality physician than He.
