Would not recommend this facility. Difficult to talk to nurse and doctor, simple questions were responded with long answers creating more confusion. Everyone we encountered in the office was in a mood. Go somewhere else if you have a choice.

My kids went here since they were born and the doctor was always very knowledgeable, although sometimes seemed to be in a bad mood and doesn’t exactly give you the warm fuzzies, but the staff in several occasions, has been rude with snarky comments and a few eye rolls. So happy at our new doctor now!

The doctor impressed me while in the hospital, but the office is worn and dirty. The staff is inconsistent...some are always great but others..well it just may depend if they took their own meds that day! Decent alternating with incredibly rude and you just never know what you are going to get that day. The office manager can be a real witch and doesn't bother to apologize when she is wrong (frequently is wrong). I still like the doctor so we still go, but I am shopping around for a family practioner as our children grow up.

We love our pediatrician. He is no-nonsense, straight-forward and does not leave anything out when telling you the facts. He loves kids.He makes significant extra effort---calling after hours to follow up, visiting the kids in the hospital, calling and advocating on our kids' behalf when they were hospitalized downtown.You will wait when you are there, but that is because he never rushes you. He asks questions, listens to answers and listens to questions. It's OK to wait because you know that when your turn comes, you'll get full attention.I've NEVER had anything but an excellent (not good, not fair) interaction with anyone on the staff--either on the phone or in person. They have been caring for my kids (7 months and 2 years) since day 1 --literally---- and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Terribly rude and miserable office nurse, disgusting office and flat affect with Dr. Not a great pediatric office. Do yourself and your children a huge favor and go to a better place.

Staff is excellent. Have only had an issue with the staff during phone calls a few times. Always professional and caring in the office. Dr. Desiato has great bedside manners. You might wait a little longer for your appointment, however, this is only because he takes his time with each and every patient. You will never be rushed through an appointment at this office. I always leave the office feeling completely at ease and reassured no matter what the reason for the visit was.

My kids love Dr. Joe and the nurses are great. However, the office is rundown and very dirty. makes a bad first impression.

Dr Desiato is wonderful but, I have had more then one bad experiences with his Office Manager. She has been rude and inconsiderate on two occasions to me and I am switching doctors because of it.

My children have been going to Dr. Desiato for almost 17 years now. I trust his opinion. We have had lots of issues over the years and he has been wonderful. He listens to everyone's concerns and gives options that make everyone comfortable.
