Dr. Joseph Doyle, MD

I give him two stars because he seems nice. He is a great salesman. Unfortunately we needed a doctor. We saw him twice. He laid out the information but gave no recommendation. Ok it's our decision. The communication between him and his staff is abysmal. I can't tell who is running anything. God help you if he writes the wrong prescription. The office couldn't get a hold of him for 48 hours. The whole business works on a precise time frame. Also, after some issues with the staff early on, he assured us all was well going forward. A week later they ask that we find a new practice. Dr. Doyle pretended to be shocked, but he was on the call with the manager who denied us care. I don't think I have ever been asked to leave any doctor's practice. He either has no control over his relationship with his patients or is too incompetent to manage that relationship. Either way, a patient cannot have a man like that for a doctor. Words can't even describe the amazing patient care I received at SGF. As someone who was afraid to begin treatment, everyone made it wonderful experience. Dr. Doyle is truly the BEST doctor I have ever had. The monitoring staff in Rockville helped me brave every blood draw and were so patient and kind to me. SGF is where you will start or grow your family!

Dr. Doyle is very friendly, thorough, and informative. He was comforting when I needed and always followed up as promised. I needed to have an extra surgery before the IVF cycle, and he explained everything in detail and referred me to an exceptional surgeon in Boston. My IVF transfer was a success, and I'm sure it was in large part because of Dr. Doyle's guidance and supervision.

Extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and really took the time with me to give me the attention and care I needed to go through the tough journey.

Dr. Doyle and his nurse Allison Catalini (in the Frederick office of Shady Grove Fertility)are professional, courteous, and caring. They always returned my calls by close of business and were prompt with the answers to my questions. They were very thoughtful about my personal situation when I had an early m/c, and particularly Dr. Doyle and his staff accommodated my D&C over a weekend so that it was easy for me to recover. Aside from Dr. Doyle, all the ancillary staff at Shady Grove including RNs, phlebotomists, ultrasound technicians at the Frederick and Rockville offices were kind, caring and made me feel important through my period with them.

Dr. Doyle is a genuinely nice guy. He was caring, patient, open to questions and suggestions, made us feel valued and not like another number at a facility that sees a lot of patients. He is also very knowledgeable- our first IVF attempt with him was a success, and we have a beautiful 7- week old daughter now.

All the staff at Shady Grove were more than amazing. They made you feel like you weren't just another patient. I genuinely felt welcomed when I came to the office. Dr.Doyle's main office was not at my main location, so I only got to see him at the initial consult, however he would always call me after my appointments with results to encourage and eventually congratulate me! I immediately felt a positive connection with Dr. Doyle, as him and my husband share the same name, but he was very supportive and encouraging about this stressful journey and I can't thank them enough. I saw Dr.Bromer quite a bit during my visits and he too was excellent, as was my nurse Jeanette.

Doctor Doyle is wonderful. He is very optimistic, positive and has a great bedside manner. He has helped us have 2 beautiful babies. We always felt comfortable asking him anything. He is very knowledgeable and a great listener.

Words are less to express my gratitude towards him.. He is the most humble , kind and down to earth doctor one can ever find. I would recommend anyone in need for fertility issues to visit him. He has given us ray of hope.

Dr Doyle is second to none! He goes out of his way to make sure your comfortable and fully understand the process. He shows compassion and I would highly recommend him to everyone looking for a fertility doctor. The staff is also very compassionate including the ladies at the front desk! I wish I could have stayed with them for the duration of my pregnancy!
