Very thorough and professional! Highly recommended!

I like Dr Fazalare. I think he did a good job on my knee. Ive had very little trouble with it. What I didn't like was his assistant. You have to ask her for everything. You never can get her on the phone , you have to leave messages. Sometimes she calls you back sometimes she doesn't. My PT tried calling to get me set up for out of home therapy. She never called back. She promised me to call in a script for therapy but didn't. Almost 2 weeks later and 4 phone calls they finally called. Then doctor Fazalare was upset because my knee wouldn't bend and he said I might have to have manipulation. But I had no therapy for 2 weeks and it was his offices fault. Having this operation is very painful, They only give you pain pills one week at a time. It took her 3 days to call a prescription in for me. So if you want promptness this is not a good place to go. When I called the office they told me I had to talk to her, Even when I told them she never calls back

Dr. Fazalare is very thorough. Thanks to him my issues are resolved!

Dr. Fazalare was very informative and easy to talk to. My injury was addressed and resolved.

After waiting for 2 hrs 40 min to see the Dr. Fazalare, he only spoke with me for 5 - 10 minutes. I don't feel that my issue was addressed properly and would not recommend him to anyone.
