Dr. Feinberg treats injuries sustained in athletes of all ages from the professional level to amateur. These can be the result of acute trauma or overuse and include Burner/Stinger Syndrome, Parsonage Turner Syndrome and brachial plexopathies. Dr. Feinberg is the editor of a book titled Peripheral Nerve Injuries in the Athlete, published by Human Kinetics. He has written many book chapters and co-authored many peer reviewed articles. Dr. Feinberg serves on the Editorial Board for the HSS Journal. He has been the reviewer for many peer review journals and has participated in educational programs throughout the U.S. and internationally. …His lectures are primarily in the area of brachial plexus and peripheral nerve injuries and disorders, and the role of electrodiagnostics (EMG). Dr. Feinberg was part of the FOCOS (Foundation of Orthopedics and Complex Spine) medical team for 15 years and traveled to Ghana to treat patients with orthopaedic and neurological disorders. He has also volunteered his medical services internationally through medical missions to Cuba, Dominican Republic, Haiti, and the Phillipines. Dr. Feinberg has competed as a triathlete and marathon runner.
