I was very pleased with the way Dr. Galles came into the room and made an assessment as to my foot problem. He explained the need to bring in another physician to address my problem, called the other physician immediately to make plans to address my foot issue. In his own words, he said “your situation calls for immediate action and he arranged a plan for me to see the physician to assist me. My wife & I both discussed how he came in, introduced himself, listened to my issues, identified the issues and called a specialist for my issues.
