Dr. Joseph S Grasso, DO

Dr Grasso is a very knowledgeable DO who educates his patient with appropriate understanding of possible causes for conditions and encourages high nutrition as a part of the transition to full body health. This education along with his appropriate minute cranial and skeletal manipulations work together to direct correct free flow of my body's energy, to promote relief of symptoms without medications, which is my goal. Understandably, the responsibility for full healing rests with me and my diet; sugar being my worst enemy. My conditions are hypothyroidism; numbness in right arm and hand when sleeping on right side; Arthritis in hands, particularly in previous damaged fingers; general weakness on left side; low VitD and B12. Dr. Grasso orders and evaluates blood work and -[in conjunction with patients' counsel with Certified Nutritionist Jim Marlowe (student of Dr. Mercola)]- he further directs corrective measures. Pharmaceuticals are a last resort, an approach with which I agree. The… philosophy of the body being able to heal itself is supported by Dr. Grasso's protocols. My "4 stars" on "ease of appointment" and "promptness", merely reflects that you may face a new patient appointment out 3 weeks, and may wait a half hour in the waiting room, as Dr. Grasso gives each patient his/her needed time, which ranges from 45 min to an hour.
