I felt like I really didn't matter. I just felt like it I was somewhat of a bother to the provider. Did not feel comfortable at all with this provider and just being sent somewhere else for care as soon as they could get me out of the office.

The doctor had obviously read my medical records. He was concerned about my issues and then told me the various options. He told me that there are options if the first option does not work. I felt very relaxed with him about my issues liked the fact he apologized for being late for the appointment first thing. Most don't do that, helped put me at ease

Dr. Haddad is my Urologist and he handles all of my concerns and treatment with regard to my bladder cancer. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail as well as lay terms.
