Dr. Joseph H Hastie JR., DO

The first time I went to the clinic, Mona wasn't there. The staff were ultra helpful and friendly. Dr Hastie is a sweetheart, he listened and was very helpful with my pain problems. The second time I went.....Mona was there...the nurse from H***. Extremely rude, very judgemental, crass, thinks she knows everything. I am on a very strong anti-botic for an ailment. It is in black and white on information I read about this antibotic, it can cause headaches, random pain and other assorted bad side effects. She blatantly told me I was lying about the effect of the antibiotic , that it did NOT cause any of those side effects! Wouldn't believe a word I said about anything. I'm not a perfect pain patient, but they have just lost one of the most dedicated people at trying to be perfect! I would surely recomend Pheonix Care, but just be sure you go on a day when nurse Ratchit isn't there!

Personally I feel Dr Hastie is one of the best I've ever saw. I saw him with a very painful experience and he told me what the problem was and had no problem treating my symptoms. Most doctors act like your just trying to get a quick fix but this doctor is caring and very understanding to your situation. I will see him again and will see about making him my primary provider. Highly recommend.

MD shows reckless regard for patients explaining the symptoms they are having.does not have any consideration for patient privacy, shouts his hysterical remarks about patients where all other rooms can hear his hateful remarks.does not make attempt to help patients with their illnesses. This MD needs to retire, He has become a sour, tired old man. I wouldn't let my worst enemy be treated by this self absorbing MD. terical

he is arrogant and rude comes off as your wasting his time and he doesn't have time for you kinda attitude his waiting times are always very long because hes goofying around usually with the other employees I would not go back to him iv had him three times and been unpleased with him everytime its his unkindly personality I do not like and how he gives u the impression you are a waste of his time and that he does not really.care to hear your problems just wanting to get you out and does not care about helping very unpleasant person and very unpleasant experiences with him the third times I charm for me will not go back to him

Tried my local hospital clinic first. They said it was earwax buildup and cleaned my ears. After days of pain I went to Dr.Hastie.These people got it right (ear infection) and treated me very well.They even gave me a coupon that saved me big bucks on medication. 24 hours and I'm feeling much better.More distant,but worth the drive.

i had a serious personal problem that nobody seemed willing to want to get involved with. Dr. Hastie took the time to find out the details and help me resolve my problem. I wish I could have spent more time with him but it was a very busy day.

Very friendly, but gets to the point quickly.knows what he is doing. Appears to really care. He did a good job.

Extremly arrogant,rude and condescending. I actually work in the healthcare field at a local hospital and feel sorry for his patients. No one should be treated this way.

Dr. Hastie is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things in plain English. His staff is kind and sweet. They are my favorite.

I was in town to visit my brother and he dropped a hammer on my head. We went to Dr. Hastie's clinic because my brother said it would be quicker than the ER.They took me right in and I got 9 stitches.Dr. Hastie and his helper were very sweet and kind to me and I was out within an hour. I was very lucky to have them.
