Either Dr. Hemer is grossly uninformed or is taking advantage of patients for insurance purposes. He was incapable of diagnosing a simple echoing in ear which I later found out was Diplacusis echoica by an alternate physician OUTSIDE of this practice. After giving no diagnosis Dr. Hemer then recommended a second opinion from another specialist WITHIN HIS PRACTICE. They are profiting off of multiple copays and insurance reimbursements within the practice and are not providing patients with the care they need and deserve. Sidenote: I waited an hour and a half after initially being called in from the waiting room. Save your time and money and avoid Dr. Heber. Additionally, my grandmother visited him for dizzy spells and he told her to "Get a cain".

Dr Hemer saved my Life. I came in with ear infection. Dr Hemer detected a serious health problem! After all the medal exams, Dr Hemer operated me for 5 hours. I'm good know but still with hearing problems! If it wasn't for Dr Hemer and my insurance I would probably not be here. Thx Dr Hemer!

I went in for a consultation , they gladly took my $100. He was about an hour late for the consultation. When it came to giving me the amount for the procedure, they took their time, even brought in another Dr and told me he'd be "glad" to see me for a second opinion. Keep in mind they still hadn't given me the amount Dr. Hemer would charge. Once they finally did, it was a RIDICULOUS amount! What a headache.
