Worst customer service ever. The doctor is fantastic..... his staff however is terrible. I decided to go through my insurance for my glasses this time instead of going somewhere that I could get two pair of glasses and a free eye exam...... BIG mistake. It has now been 3 weeks I still dont have my new glasses. I went in to pick them up last week and the prescription was wrong I was told that there would be a rush put on them and they would be back in a week. I just called to see if they were in and I got an absolute flippant response from the person who is now telling me it wont be until NEXT WEEK. She claims to be the manager. Not caring what so ever that THEY are the ones who have screwed up in the first place. Zero apology even. Worst customer service ever. And before someone responds back trying to turn this on me..... yes I did just now lose my temper and yell at her on the phone....... because when I reminded her that I was told there was supposed to be a rush on this… to FIX THEIR MISTAKE....... she said "yeah well ok." That is when I lost my cool. I was patient when I got off work early, because they have very inconvenient hours, to go in there the FIRST time to pick up my glasses and they were not even the right prescription..... I have waited a week since then to even call and check on them. Your attitude and lack of care for my schedule or the fact that I am wearing the wrong prescription and causing headaches just shows that this is just a JOB for you and that you really dont care about your patients health or wellbeing.
