Dr. Joseph Cu Hsu, MD

The Doctors at the practice are great. We have seen several of them since our kids were infants and now almost adults. Dr. Hsu is the best. The front desk though can use a whole lot of refining. They are rude and obnoxious and quite full of themselves. Those traits don't go over well in a health care setting.

In their practice, Dr. Hsu is the best but last 6-7 months, I have been noticing that he is way too busy to spend enough time with the patients, on my son's regular annual visit, he forgot to check his ear- spent less than 5 mins. Once my son was sick and didn't want to prescribe antibiotic until the second visit which was three days later - is it the money thing? On the second visit, he didn't even check the chest or ear or nose, just simply wrote the prescription (whereas my other son was already on antibiotic from similar symptoms). Did we need another visit then? We have no co=pay insurance- so I don't mind their charging our insurance, but still it takes a lot from the busy parents like us to go to the doctors and a two sick kids for the second time - where as he didn't even care to check physically.
