Overall, I had a positive experience with the care provider and felt confident in his expertise and recommended treatment plan. He explained my MRI results and surgical approach clearly and addressed multiple areas of concern during my visit.I appreciated being able to review my MRI beforehand, which helped me come prepared with questions. While several items were discussed, I later realized one additional question had not been addressed. Due to limitations with the patient portal and lack of a direct clinic contact, I was not able to follow up prior to surgery.When I asked this question on the day of surgery, I sensed some frustration, as it was noted that these questions are typically addressed during prior visits. I understand the importance of timing; however, improved communication access between appointments would help ensure all questions are addressed in advance and support a smoother pre-operative experience.Overall, I would recommend this provider and appreciate the quality… of care, with an opportunity to strengthen communication between visits such as get the patient portal communication/messaging to the provider's portion up and running.

Dr. Iero is thorough, but very efficient. Dr. Iero's approach hits the "Goldilocks zone" in several respects. I felt very seen and heard in all respects and would not only recommend Dr. Iero, I have already recommended him several times.

My experience at St Joseph's hospital was great my recovery was well I was able to return work sooner than anticipated the doctor Iero and all the assistants and the nurses and PT the staff was just great I'm very happy with the service and card I received
