Dr. Joseph Keith Izes, MD

Dr Izes was very quick and dismissive with me and my illness. He was recommended by another surgeon and that is why I went to see him. He requested I get an MRI before my appointment and gladly took the co-pay, however, during the appointment he quickly advised me that he had consulted with his colleagues and he was not interested in getting involved in helping me with my illness. He took the money from the office visit and the MRI was completed and he had already made up his mind and no intention of trying to help me. Maybe next time he could save everyone’s time and the patient’s money and just be honest with them. Very unprofessional, greedy and uncaring.

You can really talk to Dr. Izes. No one likes to go to a Urologist (just a fact), but he is down to earth, cares about his patients and gets you through the appointment with a smile. I like the office in Abington and the staff was great too.

My husband had two surgeries in the past year, one on his kidney and one on his prostate, both to remove cancer. Done laporascopically and robotically. Very little pain afterwards, excellent outcome. Dr Izes has been extremely professional, caring, and has significant experience. We can’t thank him enough! Highly recommend him!!
