Dr. Knipper has treated my problems for many years and I am extremely pleased. Always prompt and very through. I chose Dr. Knipper over the other dermatologists because his office files my insurance claims for me and my reimbursement is very prompt. He does not give you the run around or unnecessary treatment. Recently I had a chapped lip that was slow to heal. He assured me it was not cancer and told me to try a different lip balm. I did my research and found this product that seems to be the cure I needed. I purchased Lysine & Herb Lip Balm and it healed a dry crust on my lip. Periodically I develop a cold sore in the same spot on my lip. I have tried other products, usually Abreva with good results. This time when the cold sore healed, a dry crust remained. I ordered this Lysine lip balm and within about three weeks the dry crust is gone. I apply once at bedtime and once after breakfast. I will order again.

Dr. Knipper is great! I have been a patient for years and wouldn't go to any other dermatologist. He is very personable and has always done a great job of explaining everything, and you can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients.

Always professional. Clear diagnosis, explaination. Does not accept insurance but files your claim for you and reimpursement is timely.
