I’m both sad and happy that Dr. Krug will be retiring. He’s an excellent person and provider who takes the time to listen to me and answer my questions. On a different note, I’m very disappointed with the person who checked me out. She didn’t greet me and made me feel like I was bothering her. Her rude attitude is unacceptable for a customer-facing role. After our interaction, I was seriously considering changing practices.

As always Dr. Krug spends time asking questions to put you at ease. He is the most experienced and intelligent Dr, I in in ever had. He will be greatly missed.

Dr Krug, has been my doctor for over ten years. He is the most experienced and thorough doctor when it comes my eyes and not to forget his excellent bedside manner. I tend to overlook the long wait sometimes because I see how busy he is with his patients. The fact that he will be retiring makes me a bit sad and nervous, he has recommended another doctor, I will trust his judgement. I will miss him and wishes him a very happy retirement. I always have a pleasant, thorough and professional appointment with Dr Krug. I’m sad today because he announced he will be retiring prior to next years appointment. I wish Dr Krug the very best. He’s a great ophthalmologist and I will miss him. I need to mention the checkout process of the appointment - it was a huge bottleneck today. It probably took almost 15 minutes waiting to checkout after I was finished with the doctor appointment.
