2018 has been super for Dr.L's office! He got rid of all the bad front desk and made his office so welcoming! I love visiting all my new friends at Dr.L's! So sweet and accommodating, plus they have wifi!! Love, love, love!

Dr Lichter is one of a kind... I consider myself very fortunate to have found him 17 years ago when I had a emergency and he fit me in... The BEST dentist I have ever had bar none and a staff to match...

CROOK! Stay FAR FAR AWAY! Does work that is NOT needed. Whatever he claims you need, go get a second opinion and you will see! The main is CROOK AND LIAR!

Avoid this dentist at all costs! He is a bitter miser and only out to get your money. He's got about 5-7 rooms there, runs from one to the other working on multiple patients with no regard for wait time brushing off whatever is said to him. He turns to speak to his staff right in the middle of surgical procedures past your ear. Unbelievable! A true mill. Stay out.

I have serious dental problems and called my health plan. they told me to log into their site--make up a sign in name (any name I wanted) and look for a new dentist >I did--In fact The health plan did it for me--I called Dr LICHTER based on reviews and his office manager was incredibly sarcastic, rude and uncaring. She REFUSED to let me see the doctor (make an appt) even though his office claims to TAKE ALL INSURANCE. I verified i HAVE the insurance he takes. teh secretary told me You will NOT see this doctor--you created a ficticious name and now you give your real name. I said What difference does THAT make--it is jus ta web site--so what--when I come in i will bring you my GOOD insurance card, proof of my ID 9drivers license, mny X rays, and come on time. I said I wiould sign any of their office papers. Instead--this woman berated me for 'making up an internet ID name and they WONT allow me in their office and she was UNREASONABLE about this. I got the idea they dfid NOT want me in… based on the low biudget insurance plan I have and they went ot great lengths to insure I would not WANT to come in. Nice secretaries--I hope you lose all your teeth.
