I don't know where to start. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. First let me say that he is a really nice person and I think that is why I had trouble leaving him. Part of me honestly thinks that he thinks he knows what he is doing. He is overwhelmed. He takes in a patient every half hour 9-5 Mon- Fri, has to see inpatients, and has a private practice. Bottom line, I came out on an overdose of schizophrenic meds. I didn't move or talk to anyone for 3 years. I slept an average of 16 hours a day. I could not even get up the strength to change Doctors. I was numb. I was weak. I was sad. I was lonely. I let people do all my thinking for me because I would get confused by my second or third sentence. So I gave up speaking. I gave up caring. I gave up loving. I nearly gave up on life. I didn't get an erection for 3 years. And I'm in my 20's! It is impossible to get an appointment. Most of the time you have to wait 6 weeks, and they give you… attitude if you can't work your schedule around them. Last I checked, I'm paying you. God forbid I ever had an emergency, he waits until the day is over to call back his patients. So if you call at 9 or 10am, don't expect to be called back until 8 o' clock. Sometimes my pharmacy is already closed for the day. He is all confused when prescribing medication. Instead of giving me a 400 mg pill, he would give me 4, 100 mg sometimes. Then there were times he made me get a pill cutter when he could have just prescribed the right amount. I was always explaining the same symptoms over and over again. He kept brushing off my complaints of pain, stiff muscles, depression, and inability think. Before I could finish he would cut me off and move on to the next topic. This whole experience gave me PTSD. The horror.

A great doctor
