Dr. Joseph Fred Mambu, MD

I highly recommend this MD caring kind

Dr. Mambu came highly recommended to my parents. They had an ok experience with his office for several years. However, in a time when one of them was acutely ill, and he was questioned about the plan of care, he became rude and condescending. It is a great disappointment to our family, and we are reluctant to deal with him again.

Dr. Mambu was the attending for an elderly patient that was admitted. He made no contact with the family until the family made a stink. Then his primary concern was getting a DNR in place rather then a treatment plan. We got the feeling that he did not want to render care and just wanted to let things be, famility had to push to get answers and action. Very unsatisfied.

I just think this office is wonderful. The doctors are all great and the staff goes out of its way to be friendly and know you. They call back with all your test results and they still answer the phone! no automation. The doctors spend alot of time with you and they care. I highly recommend this office.

This office and staffer were horrible and I would never go back

The office claims to be "computerized" but is totally disorganized. Get mixed up with appointments,with follow-up, records, communications, etc.

My family has used Dr. Joseph Mambu for over 25 years. He is an excellent diagnostician who cares about the welfare of his patients.
