Was a patient for many years of his father. When he died I transferred to jr. Extremely long wait times, hold time on phone seldom under 10 minutes, refill requests have taken up to 3 weeks, staff does not pay proper respect to any of the patients. I no longer go to him.

Very nice and took his time with my mother.

He doesn't pay his bills either. Very disorganized very incredulous when spoken to about things and has a horrible bedside manner with any person that comes into contact with him.

Prescription refill requested in aug, it is now nov and prescription requested has not been faxed to rightsource rx. Daughter went in person to take fax sheet111111 and still not done yet.

He is a great dr.I suggest you go and see him.

I feel like my PCP does not respect my time. Dr. is used to treating patients that are not resourceful enough to complain or write reviews. I was made to wait a ridiculous amt of time to be seen and he did not consider my concerns for my health at my visit. He is robotic in his way to practice now, the staff is nice BUT terribly disorganized, appointments are made but not utilized, follow-up on my tests is poor, lab specimens are lost and have to be re-done, communication with doctors I am referred to is non-existent. Seems like patient volume is more important than patient care. If the visit requires more than writing a script I don't recommend him.

Staff does not answer phone. Staff is more concerned with food brought from pharmaceutical reps and attending to reps than with patients.
