EVERY PATIENT THAT I SEND TO DR MOTTO, THEY LOVE HIM HE IS STARIGHT FORWARD AND WILL DO ALL HE CAN TO HELP HIS PATIENTS. HE IS NOT GOING TO JUST DO SOMETHING IF HE DONT SEE FIT TO DO IT JUST TO TAKE A PATIENT'S MONEY. I LIKE HIM AND WILL CONTINUE TO REFERRAL PATIENT TO HIM.

Idk why everyone seems to have an issue with him. He knows what he is doing and very great at his job. Really thorough. His receptionist is also just amazing and love her to pieces!!

I saw him as a patient and would not refer hom to someone else

All of the reviews about him being RUDE, frustrated, unkept, doesn't like his job, & down right SCARY are all TRUE!! He makes Judge Judy look like a Sweetheart!! My personal opinion is to find another Dr!

I loved Dr. Motto; if you're looking to be coddled then he is not your man. He has a low tolerance for drama...so take it elsewhere if you need a wet nurse. A Brooklyn NY native he is tough but knowledgeable; a Yankee fan...although he will tell you he was a bigger Dodger fan but they haven't returned to NY so Yankees it is. I enjoyed his stories of a simpler time and we quickly became comfortable. He gets to the diagnosis and took his time with me. If waiting for him is a problem he is not your man as he does give a thorough exam and at times you might have to wait on him. You can bet that he understands your condition if clear explanation is given for him to diagnose. I was completely confident in his exam and explanation.

Fifth call about wrong billing (his accountant doesnt work in the office. Have several canceled checks and and the balance is not moving. Called again today, was told by his front staff he doesnt have voicemail. I will give this 1 more week and if sufficient explanations are not forthcoming I will be calling the BBB and TN dept on aging. This is for my 91 yr aunt. I will revise if it is handled. Something is not right here.

I have to say I have never left this type of review but please beware!! I thought the lobby looked dirty but it was nothing compared to the dirty exam rooms and rusty and duck taped equipment. Dr. Motto was rude and acted like he would rather be anywhere else. His staff disrespected him by making rude comments and not being helpful, but I don’t think he could get good staff with his attitude. I actually stopped the appointment and walked out after I told him why. Just sad!!!

Worst doctor I've ever seen ! Will never take my doctor back there

This little man is just rude as he can be and has a Napoleon complex. In medical school this doctor's -to-be should have to take a personality test. I just can't trust someone this nasty-acting with my health.
