My boyfriend went to this doctor nervous as can be. He was experiencing double vision for years not knowing why. Dr. Nap explained what was going on. He has to surgically loosen muscles that was causing this double vision. Insured him that everything will be fine. Sure enough a few weeks after surgery the double vision is completely gone. He is an awesome doctor, friendly, polite and down to earth. I would recommend him to anyone

He genuinely helped my daughter's eyesight and knew what he was doing. He went over test results in detail and was glad to answer my many questions. I am so grateful he could help her, it's not even funny. His office staff was welcoming and so very helpful. Dr.Napolitano exceeded my expectations and more! I totally recommend him !

Dr. Napolitano lacks bedside manner and is not the right fit for the pediatric population. During the visit with my son, he often cut me off before I could finish a question and spoke to both my 6 year old son and I in a very demeaning way. We met with him for a maximum of 5 minutes. The actual full examination was primarily performed by an intern training who gave us a totally different treatment plan than the doctor. He disregarded him also. There are a lot of seasoned doctors out there who still have the human touch and he is not one of them. I will definitely be going elsewhere.

Dr. Nap saved my premature twins from losing their sight. He checked them at the hospital, followed their care, and made my husband and I reassured that all that could be done was being done. Three years later, we have seen him at this office monthly and my twins sight is truly a result of his good care.

My advice would be to stear clear from this Dr at all costs. He has the worst bedside manner and was so rude to my daughter and myself. He was yelling at my daughter and being so insensitive to her issue when she was explaining that she has blurred vision and she could not read the line charts. He was very condescending and was misleading. Do yourself a favor and stay away from him!!!!!

I was referred to Dr. Napolitano after working with my regular eye doctor and a vision therapist due to my eyes being misaligned. It was becoming increasingly difficult for me to focus and concentrate due to this condition. Dr. Napolitano explained clearly what they could do for me surgically. He completed the surgery as promised and the results are life-changing. At 55 I am looking enjoying my improved vision moving forward. I learned it is never too late to deal with this problem.

Put charges for the procedures not approved by insurance and never informed to patient.

Thank you Dr. Naplitano for an outstanding experience. I so much appreciated you the time to explain everything thoroughly to me and also following up multiple times after the surgery. You' caring was obvious throughout the process I would recommend you without hesitation to any patient.

Dr. Napolitano performed my son's surgery to correct an alternating strabismus. He was so caring and genuinely cares about his patients. My son has anxiety and was very nervous but Dr. Napolitano eased his concerns and made him comfortable. He did a wonderful job and we are all so happy with the results. Especially my son. I recommend him highly.
