I have been going to Dr Pallan for many years. He cares about his patients and trustworthy. The office staff are also very pleasant. I like the fact that they have somenon in the office to withdraw blood for lab work.

ALTHOUGH DR. PALLAN IS SUCH A WONDERFUL DOCTOR AND A CARING SOUL, HIS FRONT OFFICE PERSONNEL IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. EXTREMELY RUDE, UNCARING, AND UNPROFESSIONAL! DR. PALLAN WILL LOSE A LOT OF PATIENTS DUE TO THE BEHAVIORS OF HIS STAFF IF HE DOES NOT GET THINGS UNDER CONTROL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. PALLAN BUT IF HIS STAFF CONTINUES DOWN THIS PATH, I WILL BE FINDING A NEW PCP.

Dr. Pallan’s office and both of his front desk girls are full of attitude and pridiouse . Who come to a doctor must be sick need a respect and good customer services. Both girls are very bad. I don’t recommend anyone one to go there.

My husband andI have been patients of Dr. Pallan's since he took over the practice. He has the right combination of respectful and friendly attitude combined with professionalism. If he is unsure, he will contact a colleague, and get back to us, which makes me feel comfortable. He is a good listener but will tell you what he thinks also. It is also important to me that he is proficient with electronic data.
