Dr. Paydarfar, ignores cases that do not interest him. Most of my appointments he refused to even walk in through the threshold and told me over an over again "we will discuss it next time". Well next time, 9 months later, was an ICU admission where I ended up on BiPAP and had to call in palliative care so that I could get a tracheostomy because he refused to treat me 9 months earlier. After he reluctantly placed a trach, I had a stat airway emergency because the wrong trach size was placed, requiring a second surgery to correct it. I left the hospital with surgical site infection and he continued to be just as distant and unresponsive as he had been prior. I would not send my worst enemy to him.

Very Thorough. Felt comfortable in office, spends a decent amount of time with discussing all concerns and questions i had. Felt like he had a good sense of humor which was an added bonus. I will look forward to my follow up appointment. Appreciated his knowledge and overall professionalism from beginning to end of appointment.
